How your details are used

The short version: I only use what you send me to build your demo and talk to you about it. I never sell it, and I never add you to a mailing list.

Who I am

Open Hours Digital is run by Hamza Nabih, a web developer in North Reading, MA. You can reach me at (978) 771-6846.

What I collect

• What you type in the demo form: your name, how to reach you, your business details, prices, hours, links and notes.
• Pictures you choose to send: your logo and photos. Your phone shrinks them before sending, which also removes hidden location data.
• To block spam: a scrambled code made from your internet address, never the address itself. It's deleted automatically within about two days.

The website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and everything on it, fonts included, loads from this site only, so visiting doesn't tell any other company you were here. If you never send the form, I get nothing.

What I do with it

• Build your free demo, and contact you about it the way you asked (text, call or email).
• If we work together, build your real website with it, as our written agreement says.

Your pictures are only used in your own demo or website, and only with your OK.

Who can see it

Only me. It's stored with Netlify, the company that hosts this website, behind a password only I have. I don't sell or share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, your request and pictures are deleted automatically after 12 months. If we do, I keep what's needed for your project. You can ask me to delete everything at any time: call or text (978) 771-6846 and it will be gone within a week.

Please don't send

Passwords, card or bank numbers, or anything else private. I'll never ask for those through this website.
